New Report From Rightmove Shows Annual Increase In Property Prices In Manchester.

A new report from Rightmove, the UK's largest property portal has shown an annual increase of 3.3%, with average property prices in the region now sitting at £193,578.

The report is good news for the North West region, which is joined by the East and West Midlands, Wales, and the Yorkshire and Humberside regions is showing strong growth over the past twelve months.

The report, which was released today also shows the London property market continuing to cool, with average annual prices in the region seeing a decrease of 1.1% over the period. The report, which covers all regions throughout the UK also went on to report that the average time to sell a property in the North West was now sitting at 63 days, as against a period of 72 days in the Greater London area.

The report will be seen as positive news for the North West property market, which has largely remained bouyant despite financial headwinds including Brexit negotiations in recent months.
