A new report out offers some good news for people looking to sell a property in Manchester, as the city (along with Bristol and Birmingham) offers the highest likelihood of finding buyers willing to pay the full asking price.
The new report from Propcast is based on property sales in September, and highlights a select number of areas which have proven to be the easiest areas to sell a property. In particular, the Propcast report highlighted the M32 postcode as offering the vendor highest chance of obtaining the full asking price when selling their property.
The increasing popularity of property in Manchester and the surrounding areas comes at a time when the previously popular London property market continues to show signs of cooling. NW8 (St John's Wood) in central London was identified as the hardest postcode to sell a property in for the second month in a row, with only two other postcodes in the capital showing increases in buyer demand since September 2017.
