Located six miles East of Manchester city centre, Ashton-Under-Lyne has unbeatable transport links to Manchester city centre (Metrolink, train and road). It’s also conveniently situated for Manchester airport, which is in the process of being expanded.
Ashton-Under-Lyne itself has all kinds of facilities and amenities as well as good nurseries and schools (both primary and secondary). This means that it attracts a wide range of tenants, but its core demographic is still largely families and young professional commuters.
