  • How does your lettings and property manage service work?

    We offer a full lettings and property management service for all properties throughout the Greater Manchester region, which is provided by our sister company, Indlu Estate Agents.

    Once your property has been purchased, and is ready to rent out, we will start to market the property across all the major UK property portals (Rightmove and Zoopla), as well as the Indlu Estate Agents website. We will carry out all the tenant viewings on your behalf, and perform all the necessary tenancy checks to prior to the new tenant moving in to the property.

  • How much do you charge for your sourcing service?

    We charge a standard sourcing fee of £2,500.00 plus VAT per property.

  • Can I sell my property through Portfolio8?

    Yes, through our sister companies Indlu Estate Agents and Pure Investor, we’re able to market your property to both the residential end-user and investor markets. As with all sales and purchases, our in-house sales progression team will work with you throughout the legal process to ensure a fast and efficient sale through to completion.
